Full payment is due at the time of each session. We are an out-of-network provider and our clinicians do not participate in any insurance plans. We will provide you with a statement you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

All cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged in full.
